Delivery planning across maps and schedules

Delivery planners need to connect each order with a location, a driver schedule and its details. I worked on the interface that brings these views together, including selecting individual stops when several share one location.

What I worked on

Select the right stop

I added the initial map integration and later implemented grouping and expansion for orders at the same coordinates, so each stop could be selected individually.

Keep the selected order in view

I linked map markers, schedule cards and order summaries. Selecting an order could bring its schedule card into view and update the selected-order totals.

Inspect the schedule

I built timeline zoom controls, incorporated driver schedule boundaries, and added resizable panels and synchronized scrolling. I also handled missing driver and time data.

Display route information

I contributed route visibility controls, distance/time summaries from routing-service results and improvements to timeline placement and refresh behavior.

My role and the wider system

My scope was the planning interface and its frontend integrations. I extended a Canvas marker renderer that had an earlier team implementation. Backend or external services provided route generation and optimization.
